This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan del Monte for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. Responsibilities include leading hiring initiatives, identifying and recruiting top talent, developing employer branding strategies to attract candidates, and enhancing recruitment efforts. The HR Recruiting Specialist will also focus on managing internal processes, collaborating with leadership teams, and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. Additional tasks may include supporting HR documentation and assisting with employee engagement activities.

• Strong skills in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience and proficiency in Hiring and Recruitment processes
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal teams
• Knowledge and expertise in Employer Branding strategies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field
