Human Resources Partner

Aromika, established on March 18, 2004, is one of the largest Lithuanian manufacturers of fragrances, including perfumes, home scents, soaps, dry fragrances, pocket perfumes, bath salts, and room sprays. Over the past two decades, Aromika has introduced products to markets in Spain, Latvia, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and the United Kingdom. The company consistently innovates with at least several new products each year, achieving significant growth in both its workforce and revenue. Known for its highly regarded room scenting services, Aromika serves esteemed clients such as Kempinsky Hotel, Impuls Sports Club, Egl+ Sanatorium, and other renowned brands.

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Partner, based in Quezon City. The role involves providing strategic and tactical HR support, managing employee relations, enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The candidate will collaborate with management and employees to address workplace issues, foster positive work environments, and oversee HR initiatives. While the role requires some in-office presence, remote work options are available.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Proficiency in HR Management, including employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies
• Thorough understanding of HR Policies and their implementation within organizational frameworks
• Experience managing Employee Relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with legal standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as an HR Partner or in a similar role is advantageous
