Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Partner, based in Quezon City. The role involves providing strategic and tactical HR support, managing employee relations, enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The candidate will collaborate with management and employees to address workplace issues, foster positive work environments, and oversee HR initiatives. While the role requires some in-office presence, remote work options are available.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Proficiency in HR Management, including employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies
  • Thorough understanding of HR Policies and their implementation within organizational frameworks
  • Experience managing Employee Relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as an HR Partner or in a similar role is advantageous
