Job Description

A. RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING

  • 100% recruitment requirements are duly filled up within the turn around time.
  • Oversees all pre-employment requirements, documents and orientation are completed upon 1 month employment.
  • Oversees the clearance process of the separated employees, ensures that 100% of the separation documents are filled out, signed and notarized as needed.
  • Ensures 100% coordination regarding renewal of contracts, procedures and immediate concerns.
  • Issuance of COEs.
  • Conduct trainings and seminars.
  • Updates and monitor 201/Employee Masterfile database, active and separated.

B. EMPLOYEE RELATION AND EVALUATION

  • Reviews and updates the Code of Discipline and incorporates all changes as needed.
  • Ensures timely preparation of employee notices and sanctions for violations of the company Code of Discipline, then endorses them for review and approval.
  • Initiates and organizes company activities.
  • Spearheads the annual performance evaluation of all the employees during the 1st quarter of the following year.
  • Coordinate with the DOLE and other government agencies for compliance.

C. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Prepares wage and position change upon evaluation.
  • Ensure 100% coordination with HMO provider for renewal, APE and other concerns.
  • Issuance and preparation of governmental forms and concerns.

D. TIMEKEEPING AND PAYROLL

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of semi-monthly timekeeping and payroll.
  • Reviews and submits overtime, leave and other request forms as per cut-off.
  • Prepares timekeeping reports every middle of the year for reward purposes.
  • Monitors leave credits.

E. ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensures 100% coordination and immediate concerns with the building admin.
  • Handles and resolves concerns of employees.
