Job Description

The HR Manager will play a key part in sustaining the company's strong foundation while driving modern HR practices across project sites and head office operations. This role will balance operational excellence with people development and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR Operations for both project-based and regular employees, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping coordination, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Performance Management System, ensuring alignment with project delivery, productivity, safety, and company values.
  • Drive Learning and Organization Development initiatives, including technical and safety training coordination, supervisor and foreman development, leadership programs, and succession planning.
  • Partner closely with project managers, engineers, and site leaders to address workforce deployment, discipline management, engagement, and retention.
  • Support Strategic HR initiatives such as workforce forecasting for current and future projects, organizational design, and leadership capability building, while respecting the company's culture and legacy.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and construction industry standards.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, supporting change management initiatives as the organization continues to evolve.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of solid HR experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or project-based industry.
  • Proven experience handling project-based manpower, site employee relations, and labor compliance in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and construction industry HR practices.
  • Ability to balance traditional practices with modern HR systems and development programs.
  • Willing to be based in Iloilo and travel to project sites as required.
