Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager to be assigned in our Head Office in Manila.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Lead the HR team in providing support and collaborative strategic directions to drive a productive and mutually rewarding relationship between the company and its members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work with Top Management on short and long-term strategic planning that may include organizational restructuring/realignments, workforce planning, etc to ensure alignment to overall company direction.

  • Ensure that HRD fulfills key functions needed to contribute to the company's operations. Key functions cover the following areas:
  • Talent acquisition and retention
  • Organizational Development including Performance Management Systems and Talent Development
  • Training (under Zenith University)
  • Member relations and engagement
  • Company Policies and Code of Discipline implementation and application

-Develop and continuously innovate systems, policies, processes and programs that address the strategic HR needs of the business covering above identified key areas.

-Provide coaching for ZGC leaders and potential leaders to strengthen and develop leadership skills and knowledge aligned with company values and policies.

-Prepare and manage the HR's Annual Corporate Plan and HR budget operations

-Develop and maintain a dynamic and effective HRD team to meet company targets.

-Serve as a consistent model and example for ZGC company values application in his/her role as HR Manager.

-Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in Human Resources and Administration/facilities management role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • With leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication in English for both oral and written communications
  • Good project management skills; Highly organized and with keen attention to details
