We are looking for an HR Manager to be assigned in our Head Office in Manila.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Lead the HR team in providing support and collaborative strategic directions to drive a productive and mutually rewarding relationship between the company and its members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with Top Management on short and long-term strategic planning that may include organizational restructuring/realignments, workforce planning, etc to ensure alignment to overall company direction.
-Develop and continuously innovate systems, policies, processes and programs that address the strategic HR needs of the business covering above identified key areas.
-Provide coaching for ZGC leaders and potential leaders to strengthen and develop leadership skills and knowledge aligned with company values and policies.
-Prepare and manage the HR's Annual Corporate Plan and HR budget operations
-Develop and maintain a dynamic and effective HRD team to meet company targets.
-Serve as a consistent model and example for ZGC company values application in his/her role as HR Manager.
-Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
