Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based at our headquarters in Makati City. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits administration, and support employee training and development. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement.

Resposibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
