Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports and metrics, and collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Strong skills in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, HR policies, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement HR processes, maintain accurate HR records, and use HR information systems or related software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR leadership or managerial role, preferably within fast-paced or operational industries such as brokerage, logistics, or distribution.
