Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and execution across recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Design scalable HR structures, org charts, and workflow systems to support expansion.
- Champion employee engagement, culture-building, and leadership development.
- Operationalize total rewards programs.
- Collaborate on alignment of employer branding to customer experience initiatives
- Lead the HR team through both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Act as strategic partner to management and executive teams on People matters
- Represent the company within the AC Health and Ayala Corporation HR Networks.
