We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our operations in the Philippines. This role requires someone who is comfortable handling both hands-on Talent Acquisition and broader HR responsibilities in a growing company, including employee relations and partnering with business leaders.

You will work closely with managers to support hiring needs, guide people-related decisions, and ensure HR practices are implemented effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee journey in the Philippines, from onboarding and performance management to employee relations and exit processes
  • Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters, including performance concerns, employee issues, and workplace policies
  • Lead recruitment activities across the Philippines, ensuring roles are filled with the right talent in a timely manner
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring approaches
  • Ensure HR practices remain aligned with Philippine labor regulations and internal company policies
  • Continuously review and enhance HR processes and ways of working to support the business more effectively
  • Track and share key HR insights such as headcount movement, recruitment progress, and attrition trends
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and other stakeholders to support broader HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Around 812 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition alongside other HR functions such as HR Operations, HRBP, and/or Employee Relations
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment independently while supporting broader HR responsibilities
  • Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Comfortable working with managers and senior stakeholders, providing practical HR advice
  • Able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in the Makati office for 4x per week
