This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Baguio City. The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies, maintaining positive organizational culture, managing employee engagement programs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring best practices in HR operations. The HR Manager will act as a key partner to leadership by providing strategic advice and aligning HR goals with business objectives.

• Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational policies
• Proven experience in managing employee engagement programs and implementing HR strategies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and HR software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or related roles
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or relevant certification is a plus
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Baguio City
