Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR compliance, organizational development, payroll coordination, and daily HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years experience in Human Resources
• At least 5 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.
• Experience in multinational corporations or rapidly growing organizations is highly preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional HR teams.
• Experience in policy development and organizational change management.
