An HR Legal Head, you will oversees internal policies, regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical standards across all human resources operations. Key duties include managing labor law adherence, updating HR frameworks, and conducting internal audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Management: Design, update, and deploy company-wide HR policies and standard operating procedures to align with corporate values.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor adherence to local labor laws, data privacy rules, and government reporting requirements.
- Risk & Audit: Conduct regular internal reviews and audits of HR processes, records, and data security to mitigate legal and operational risks.
- Advisory Support: Provide expert guidance to HR business partners and senior management regarding complex employee relations, disciplinary protocols, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or professional certification is often preferred.
- Experience: 6 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a heavy focus on compliance, risk management, or HR operations.
- Knowledge: Deep expertise in local employment legislation, regulatory frameworks, and data protection standards.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, policy writing, and executive communication.
