Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Pasig, offered on a hybrid arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. This role will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The manager will support and coach leaders on people-related matters, including workforce planning, engagement, recognition, and conflict resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR documentation, managing HR data and reports, coordinating benefits and compensation processes, and driving HR initiatives that strengthen culture and retention in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Proven background in recruitment and talent management, preferably within BPO, shared services, or similar high-volume environments.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, HR analytics, and MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders and team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a high level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Experience managing HR in a hybrid or multi-site environment and comfort working in a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused culture.
