Job Description

Who we are:

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad.

About the Job:

oversee all aspects of our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

About the Role:

  • Develops, reviews, and implements Human Resources and administrative policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with Project Managers to support operations and department managers and ensure effective delivery of HR and Administrative services.
  • Manages end- to end employee relations, including counseling, handling disciplinary actions, and enforcing company polies and code of conduct.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and selection to onboarding of employees
  • Administers compensation and benefits, including payroll coordination, wage and salary structuring and benefits management.
  • Leads learning and development initiatives, including training need assessment, program implementation and employee capability building
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR process across all projects and departments
  • Promotes a positive work environment by driving employee engagement and maintaining workplace discipline.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned to support HR and administrative operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration Human Resources Management, or any related Field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
