Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Makati for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing employee engagement strategies, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes overseeing payroll management, managing employee performance reviews, and implementing training and development programs. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, develop workforce strategies, and align HR functions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning skills
  • Proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge in designing and implementing training and development programs
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience in real estate or technology sectors is advantageous
