Responsibilities

• Team Supervision & Leadership
• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and discipline when necessary.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure accuracy in stock movement and documentation.
• Maintain warehouse layout and physical condition.
• Conduct audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Track KPIs (e.g., productivity, accuracy, labor costs).
• Report shift updates to warehouse or operations managers.
• Step in to resolve disputes fairly and maintain team harmony

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or associate degree bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience supervisory background desirable.

• Certifications: Forklift/MHE license, APICS or GMP certifications (optional but advantageous).

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
