The position is primarily responsible for aligning HR initiatives to business objectives of organizational units. This position shall design and deliver employee engagement activities and change enablement strategies as well as taking the initiative in the development of integrated solutions to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads in the creation and implementation of organizational diagnostic tool to understand each unit in depth and to support its goals and objectives.
- Generates and analyses survey data and the organizational diagnosis. Shares the individual group result.
- Identifies measurable outcome.
- Develops appropriate program and intervention based on organizational needs and as a result of the organizational diagnosis.
- Creates Stay and Exit interview program/questionnaire.
- Conducts stay/exit interview for assigned group. Generates report and discusses the result to client.
- Designs and facilitates employee engagement and culture drive activities.
- Works with the team to ensure effective communication and facilitation of these activities.
- Sustains and improves programs designed to promote culture.
- Monitors change and improvement in engagement and culture over time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related, Behavioral Science or HumanResource related courses
- At least eight (8) years working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines
- Organizational Diagnosis, Event and Program Design
