Your Opportunity:
As the HR Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for aligning Dedale's people strategy with business goals across global regions. You will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers (grooming to become HRBPs), ensure regional consistency in HR practices, and serve as a key advisor to business leaders in the regional.
This is a pivotal role for a senior HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance, and international environments.
