About the Role
The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational execution across employee lifecycle management (ELCM), recruitment governance, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, facilities interface, and HR administration. The HR Manager will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while maintaining strong ethics, governance, documentation discipline, and operational stability across the site.
Responsibilities
- Supporting benefits administration including insurance, wellness programs, and employee support services.
- Ensuring compliance with Philippines labor laws, statutory reporting, and employment regulations.
- Maintaining audit readiness for HR documentation and processes.
- Supporting disciplinary procedures and policy adherence where required.
- Partnering with administration/facilities teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Overseeing employee-related workplace logistics (safety, wellbeing, office readiness).
- Supporting office initiatives impacting employee experience.
- Acting as HR partner to operational leaders and functional heads.
- Providing HR insights to support business decision-making.
- Driving collaboration across HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills
- Strong HR operational knowledge and documentation discipline.
- Understanding of Philippines labor law and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance governance with employee-centric approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethics, integrity, and confidentiality orientation.
- Experience managing HR for 100+ employee site.
- Exposure to multi-national or matrix organizations.
- Strong employee engagement orientation.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams.
Preferred Skills
- Preferably 8 – 12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Exposure to IT, SaaS, customer support, Web-hosting, or BPO environments preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Budget: 2500-3000 USD per month
