Job Overview
Human Resources Intern is responsible for providing valuable support to the HR team on a variety of tasks, including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and other HR-related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with performance management processes, documentations, including getting peer reviews and scheduling evaluation discussions
- Assist with employee engagement activities, including brainstorming, sourcing suppliers, drafting proposals, and facilitating and executing events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, database, and files
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
- Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Assistant/Officers
Qualifications
- Graduating in any related courses, such as BS/BA Psychology or BS/BA major in HRDM course
- Has basic knowledge or understanding of HR facets
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in using Google Workspace
- Familiarity with AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Amenable to work onsite if needed
- Preferably residing near Eastwood, Quezon City
