Job Overview

Human Resources Intern is responsible for providing valuable support to the HR team on a variety of tasks, including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and other HR-related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with performance management processes, documentations, including getting peer reviews and scheduling evaluation discussions
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, including brainstorming, sourcing suppliers, drafting proposals, and facilitating and executing events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, database, and files
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
  • Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Assistant/Officers

Qualifications

  • Graduating in any related courses, such as BS/BA Psychology or BS/BA major in HRDM course
  • Has basic knowledge or understanding of HR facets
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Amenable to work onsite if needed
  • Preferably residing near Eastwood, Quezon City
