Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Quezon City. The HR Intern will assist the HR team in managing personnel records, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and participating in recruitment and onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include supporting the administration of HR programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with day-to-day personnel management tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR management tools
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
