WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position is responsible for data management, analysis, insight, and implementation of HR Information Systems and Business Processes as inputs decisions in improving efficiency and productivity. This position is responsible for updating, processing, and generating regular and casual headcount-related information, reports, and insights, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to help the HR team and management make decisions.
1. Master Data Management and Governance
- Updates employee Master Data based on documents coming from HR Business Partners ensuring accuracy.
- Implements control, priority, and hierarchy of application settings, application updates, and mass data updates, maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conducts periodic data integrity review and assessments to ensure governance and accuracy of regulatory and company information and integrity of the HR systems.
2. HR Dashboards and Analytics
- Assists in the development of relevant, data-driven, and easy to understand HR and employee productivity dashboards and insights in coordination.
- Generates headcount reports/dashboards, both regular and outsourced services, to ensure alignment based on approved organization structure or services contracts; raises issues and recommends data analytics actions as needed. Generates employee data and reports as may be required by other HR teams and other departments following company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinates with HR BP in addressing issues affecting casual HC such as but not limited to monitoring, reporting, discipline, and other concerns.
3. HR Information System Management
- Assists in developing and securing integrated and efficient human resource information systems to meet organizational needs.
- Designs user-friendly systems, processes, and guidelines in updating the HRIS and in generating relevant reports and insights.
- Assists in HRIS upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
- Validates and ensures that the HRIS is compliant with data protection laws.
4. Reports Preparation and Submission
- Prepares department reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
- Provides administrative support to the department
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Graduate (preferred degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science)
- At least three (3) years of experience in HR operations and HR information systems, salary and compensation administration
- Understanding of labor and regulatory provisions, processes and systems, and data privacy law
- With experience in beverage industry is a plus.
