The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data while providing technical support to HR team members and end-users. The specialist generates reports for HR analytics, supports system integrations, and collaborates across departments to improve HR processes and efficiency.
Job Description
Administer and support HRIS and benefits enrollment systems to ensure efficient data management.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR technologies that improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring accurate employee record updates.
Conduct audits to verify data integrity and ensure HR compliance.
Prepare HRIS and benefits enrollment systems for year-end and new-year transitions.
Develop and distribute reports and analytics to support team decisions.
Partner with vendors to resolve issues, implement system updates, and share information with users.
Provide troubleshooting support for HR systems and related applications.
Maintain compliance with HR policies, processes, and data security standards.
Perform other HR support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Experience in testing, analyzing, and supporting HR software and systems.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Work both independently and collaboratively with HR teams.
Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of related HR or HRIS experience.
Must have stable employment history.
