Job Description

SUMMARY

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting all human resources functions across the organization. This role ensures smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, administers compensation and benefits programs, maintains employee records, and fosters positive employee relations. The HR Generalist will also ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Manage ID and Certificate of Employment (COE) requests. Monitor compliance with document submissions and requirements.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Implement and monitor company-initiated benefits and compensation programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Labor and Employee Relations: Manage administrative cases and facilitate resolution of employee grievances. Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts. Prepare and issue notices, movement forms, memoranda, and other official documents.
  • Employee Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights. Coordinate employee movement across relevant support groups.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including 201 files, employee master files, and HRIS. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO, MSP, or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
