Human Resources Generalist

We're Hiring: HR Generalist (local experience needed)

Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Work Schedule: Mid-shift for first 90 days, then night shift afterwards

What You'll Do:

• Foster strong, positive relationships between employees and management through effective communication and conflict resolution
• Address PH employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with fairness, empathy, and professionalism
• Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and improvement plans
• Guide managers and local employees through performance-related conversations and planning
• Ensure compliance with PH labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices in partnership with leadership
• Monitor changes in PH employment laws and update company policies accordingly
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities across teams
• Support employee growth initiatives and promote a continuous learning culture
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks
• Actively contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of belonging
• Provide responsive support to employee inquiries regarding benefits and workplace policies
• Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Working knowledge of PH labor laws and HR compliance practices
• Experience in local HR operations or generalist roles
