Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in San Jacinto, Pangasinan.

The HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department as a sole HR practitioner. Responsibilities include administering and developing HR policies, handling end-to-end recruitment (including technical recruitment for IT/software roles), overseeing onboarding processes, and managing employee relations.

Additional responsibilities include compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and legal regulations, supporting workforce planning, performance management, learning and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports.

The role requires someone proactive, strategic, hands-on, and capable of building structured HR systems from the ground up.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
  • Background in Technical Recruitment (IT/Software roles preferred)
  • Competency in Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR legal compliance
  • At least 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a one-person HR department
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field
