JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements human resources programs.
- Providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, and health and welfare benefits.
- Training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
- Completing personnel transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
- At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Has proficiency with HRIS and Talent Management Systems.
- Based in Bulacan Plant (with board and lodging provided), but must be willing to be assigned to or travel to Mandaluyong Head Office as necessary.
