Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canacona for a Human Resources Executive at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing Human Resources (HR) initiatives. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will oversee recruitment efforts, assist with employee retention, and work with management on long-term HR strategies.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Operations skills, including experience in managing HR functions and leading HR initiatives
- Expertise in Employee Relations and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to Human Resources
- Experience in recruitment, training and development, and employee retention
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification from a professional HR organization, such as HRCI or SHRM, is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
