A leading and rapidly growing organization is seeking a Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance, and enhancing overall workforce effectiveness.
The successful candidate will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR programs, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and scalable people strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing HR for large, complex organizations (high employee population)
- Strong background in HR business partnering, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable HR programs and initiatives
- Deep understanding of compensation, employee relations, labor regulations, and HR operations
- Experience leveraging HR technology, HRIS, and people analytics for strategic decisions
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma or similar frameworks) is an advantage
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
