The Successful Applicant
A Successful Human Resources Director Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in HR leadership within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
