Job Description

HR Operations Support

  • Handle and monitor department timekeeping concerns, attendance validation, scheduling concerns, and submission of payroll-related requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with Payroll.
  • Assist employees with basic benefits-related inquiries and concerns, and properly coordinate or endorse concerns to the Benefits team when needed.
  • Serve as the HR point person for assigned departments by providing day-to-day HR support and ensuring concerns are addressed and relayed properly to the appropriate HR teams.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, attendance files, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor HR operational requirements and employee movements for assigned departments.

Performance Management Support

  • Support the administration and monitoring of the company's Performance Management System (PMS), including collection, consolidation, and tracking of performance assessments
  • Coordinate with departments regarding evaluation schedules, submission of assessments, and documentation requirements
  • Prepare and organize performance-related reports and records for review
  • Provide basic guidance on performance management processes, while supervisors and department heads remain primarily responsible for coaching, intervention, and employee performance discussions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience preferably in timekeeping, HR operations, payroll coordination, or employee support.
  • With basic knowledge and understanding of payroll processing, attendance management, government benefits, and HR policies.
  • Experience handling timekeeping and attendance monitoring for multiple employees is preferred.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee information.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to support different departments and employees.
  • Experience in performance management administration or HR documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR-related systems.
  • Preferably from retail, food, hospitality, or multi-site operations environment.
  • Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday at the Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque.
