HR Compliance Manager (60K70K | Onsite | FREE AI CERTIFICATION)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | Day Shift (5:00 AM2:00 PM PH, overlaps with night shift teams)

You own the regulatory integrity and ethical standards of GoTeam's workforce operations. You are not an administrator of policies; you are the lead guardian of compliance, responsible for ensuring that every internal processfrom onboarding to separationis legally sound, audit-ready, and aligned with Philippine labor laws. You eliminate organizational risk by enforcing disciplined documentation standards and providing executive leadership with the data-backed insights needed to maintain a fair and high-performing workplace.

This is an internal leadership role that exists to protect the organization and its 1,500+ members from operational and legal friction. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, possess an uncompromising eye for detail, and thrive in a structured environment where ethical consistency is the primary measure of success.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Proven experience in HR compliance: policies, audits, documentation, and labor law alignment
  • Comfortable with full onsite presence in Cebu IT Park
  • Available for early day shift (5:00 AM2:00 PM PH Time)
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Structured, process-oriented, and detail-focused for audit-ready compliance
  • Ethical, fair, and consistent decision-making for employee-related matters
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Employee Relations, and Operations teams
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, or AI-enabled tools for compliance insights

Strong Signals

  • Background in Law (Paralegal) or a post-graduate degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations.
  • Experience in handling DOLE inspections or mandatory statutory reporting.
  • Tech-forward mindset with the ability to implement AI-enabled tools for data validation and compliance tracking.

Responsibility Pillars

Regulatory Governance & Policy Ownership

You own the architecture of GoTeam's internal HR policies, ensuring 100% alignment with current labor legislation.

  • Standardize and update the Employee Handbook and internal SOPs to reflect evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Execute regular policy audits to identify compliance gaps and implement immediate corrective actions.
  • Act as the final authority on the interpretation of labor standards for internal management teams.

Audit Readiness & Documentation Rigor

You transform complex employee data into structured, retrievable, and audit-ready organizational assets.

  • Build and maintain a disciplined digital and physical filing system that meets international audit standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel to ensure the organization remains in Good Standing.
  • Oversee the accuracy of statutory filings and mandatory employee reporting to government agencies.

Ethical Oversight & Risk Mitigation

You act as the primary observer for organizational risks, ensuring employee matters are handled with transparency and fairness.

  • Partner with Employee Relations to ensure due process is strictly followed in all disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Utilize AI-enabled dashboards to monitor compliance trends and provide leadership with proactive risk assessments.
  • Train internal leadership teams on compliance standards to prevent workplace grievances and operational disruptions.
