As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for...

Workforce Data Management

  • Maintaining accurate workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports for headcount, attrition, and talent metrics.
  • Ensuring data integrity across HR systems and processes.

HR Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Monitoring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing documentation and evidence for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Updating and maintaining HR risk management processes, addressing both compliance and ethics-related risks.

Policy Creation & Implementation

  • Drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies aligned with organizational goals, company values, audit findings, and legal standards.
  • Communicating policy changes effectively to stakeholders.

Talent Development

  • Partnering with leadership to identify skill gaps and create development plans, especially in Quality, and Central Operations team.
  • Supporting training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Tracking and reporting progress on talent development programs.

Strategic HR Support

  • Providing HRBP support to the Central Operations team, and drive initiatives in talent development, engagement, employee relations, retention, as well as coordination with Talent Acquisition to fulfill manpower requirements.

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with strong exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impactful talent development programs aligned with business goals
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical application in HR processes.
  • Proven knowledge of strategic HR business partnering and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Good business acumen, with reliability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
