The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units within The Aivee Group, providing end-to-end HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and people initiatives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding operational goals and translating them into HR strategies and actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Partner with department heads to implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and productivity.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee relations cases with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
- Champion employee engagement programs and activities that reinforce The Aivee Group's culture and values.
- Conduct regular pulse checks and recommend interventions to address morale and performance concerns.
Performance & Talent Management
- Support managers in implementing the performance management process, ensuring clarity of goals and timely feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training or coaching interventions in partnership with the L&D team.
- Guide leaders on career development and talent movement within the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with HR Admin and Payroll teams to maintain data accuracy and policy compliance.
- Monitor adherence to labor laws and company policies, recommending updates as needed.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and insights for management on turnover, engagement, and other key HR indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Management.
- At least 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a service or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
