Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units within The Aivee Group, providing end-to-end HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and people initiatives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding operational goals and translating them into HR strategies and actions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Partner with department heads to implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and productivity.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Manage employee relations cases with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Champion employee engagement programs and activities that reinforce The Aivee Group's culture and values.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and recommend interventions to address morale and performance concerns.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Support managers in implementing the performance management process, ensuring clarity of goals and timely feedback.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training or coaching interventions in partnership with the L&D team.
  • Guide leaders on career development and talent movement within the organization.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR processes including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR Admin and Payroll teams to maintain data accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to labor laws and company policies, recommending updates as needed.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and insights for management on turnover, engagement, and other key HR indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Management.
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a service or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
