Job Description

Job Summary:

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, delivering HR solutions that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture. You will work closely with leadership to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and drive engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching to leaders on performance and employee development.
  • Collaborate with CorpHR on compensation, benefits, learning & development, and organizational development programs.
  • Manage employee relations cases and investigations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to leaders.
  • Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with global values.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are understood and consistently applied.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in an HRBP or generalist capacity.
  • Experience working in a multinational or IT/BPO setting is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence, consult, and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
