KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Partnership: Align talent strategies with business goals, advising on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Oversee employee relations, lead investigations, and maintain strict compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Leadership Development: Coach management on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and team accountability.
• Culture & Retention: Drive engagement action plans, analyze talent trends, and champion an inclusive high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Shared Services, BPO, GBS, or multinational setups.
• Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong capability to influence senior leadership, coach managers, and manage organizational change.
