Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (Manager) to champion people strategies and drive HR initiatives for its Metro Manila operations. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in employee relations, organizational engagement, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting over 200 store-based team members and will work closely with franchise partners and senior leadership.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the HR lead for the Metro Manila business unit, aligning people strategies with operational goals.
- Design and implement engagement programs that promote a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
- Partner with franchisees, Managing Directors, and General Managers to address workforce needs and challenges.
- Supervise two direct reports and provide guidance to store-level leaders up to Area Manager level.
- Participate in company events and activities as needed under a hybrid work setup.
- Transition to support commissary operations in Sucat after one year, with increased on-site presence.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Psychology, Industrial Management, or other relevant courses (open to other disciplines).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a managerial HR role, preferably with business partnering exposure.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement, labor relations, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Values alignment and cultural fit are prioritized over technical skills.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
