This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner located in Taguig. The HR Business Partner will work closely with management and employees to implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management systems. This role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

• Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in implementing and managing Performance Management frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM or PHR) are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or within a fast-paced environment is preferred
