Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for a full-time, on-site position based in BGC, Taguig. The HRBP will drive and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and engagement. The HRBP will focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development while ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Proficiency in Employee Relations management and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with an emphasis on compliance and legal frameworks
- Experience with Performance Management processes and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to align HR goals with business objectives
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role; experience within the BPO industry is an advantage
