Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time hybrid role based in Biñan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support strategic HR initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on HR policies, managing employee relations matters, coordinating performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will also support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, while helping to develop and implement HR programs that promote a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment. Collaboration with managers and employees across functions is essential to align HR practices with business objectives and organizational values.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations, including HR Policies and general HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industries is an advantage.
