You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience supporting leaders in a structured corporate or BPO environment
- Hands-on ownership of performance management and employee relations, including coaching, documentation, and difficult conversations
- Solid knowledge of PH labor laws and HR compliance, with confidence handling cases and investigations
- Comfort working night shift and collaborating in real time with international stakeholders
- Strong documentation, confidentiality, and judgment, suited for an internal leadership-facing role
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City for the first 6 months, then transition to hybrid
