You set the operational pace for how GoTeam's internal talent remains aligned, accountable, and high-performing as the organization scales. This role exists to own the end-to-end performance lifecycle and employee relationseliminating ambiguity through structured KPIs and ensuring that internal standards are protected through firm, high-empathy accountability.

Day to day, you move between coaching leaders and enforcing discipline, converting undocumented workflows into structured SOPs, and managing the Justice Gene through formal labor relations processes. This is not a passive, administrative HR role. You lead from the ground, making judgment calls that protect the company's culture and operational continuity. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, possess professional assertiveness, and thrive in environments where performance is measured by outcomes, not just activity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 35+ years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, with a foundation in highly structured environments (e.g., Big Four, Fortune 500, or global BPOs)
• Direct ownership of the end-to-end performance lifecycle, including OKRs, KPIs, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER), including independently issuing NTEs and facilitating administrative hearings
• Deep practical knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and experience building HR processes from the ground up
• Ability and willingness to work the Night Shift onsite in Cebu IT Park (with hybrid eligibility after 6 months)

Responsibility Pillars

Performance Management & Standardization

You own the signal of success for a portfolio of 6080 team members, ensuring every individual understands their impact and meets global standards.

• Execute the end-to-end performance lifecycle (Regularization, Mid-year, and APR)
• Design and track role-specific OKRs and KPIs to remove operational noise
• Facilitate high-empathy coaching and 1:1s with leaders to align with strategic vision

Operational Discipline & Process Architecture

You transform messy or undocumented workflows into structured, scalable systems that ensure internal reliability.

• Convert undocumented processes into visual SOPs and gap analyses
• Monitor and manage operational discipline, including attendance and time-tracking accuracy
• Enforce clean floor security policies and site-specific operational standards

Employee Relations & Labor Compliance

You act as the guardian of company standards, balancing legal rigor with the Justice Gene to maintain a fair workplace.

• Independently manage misconduct cases, NTE issuances, and administrative hearings
• Design and drive PIPs for underperforming staff with professional assertiveness
• Conduct regular health checks and sentiment analysis to mitigate internal risks
