About the Role
Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leaders on all people matters. Drive the HR agenda and contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, and structures.
Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, and Training
- Partner with business leaders in workforce planning and team structuring to align with growth objectives. Identify talent gaps and support succession planning and organizational design.
- Develop and implement training programs to build leadership capability and employee readiness aligned with organizational needs.
- Roll-out out functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs. Support career development planning through coaching conversations, talent reviews, and growth initiatives.
Performance & Talent Management
- Lead and monitor the implementation of performance management initiatives and frameworks.
- Support managers in conducting appraisals and handling performance-related issues fairly and consistently.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee morale, engagement, and alignment to company culture.
- Facilitate action planning based on engagement survey results.
- Lead activities to enhance company culture
Employee Relations and Case Management
- Manage sensitive and complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Interpret labor laws and company policies to provide sound guidance.
Change Management and Communications
- Lead HR support for transformation initiatives, change management programs, and organizational realignments.
- Ensure proactive communication and employee readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior strategic HR business partnering roles, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, shape HR and business strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor who advocates for people-centric solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and their interdependencies.
- Experience in the telecommunications, ICT, or service-intensive industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated agility and resilience in driving transformation and navigating ambiguity in the fast-paced, evolving environments typical of the telecommunications industry.
- Strong capability to manage, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders across cross-functional and matrix structures.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law.
- Ability to energize and engage leadership teams by facilitating strategic workshops, including team effectiveness, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational design sessions.
