Overview
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will be the strategic link between the HR functions and the business units, aligning HR initiatives with the specific needs and goals of the business unit. The role involves understanding both HR policies, guidelines and practices as well as the telecommunications landscape, trends and challenges, aide the business in achieving their strategic business goals.
Functions
Business Enablement
- Responsible for driving and contributing to HR initiatives aligned with the division's business strategy, while ensuring key topics receive proper visibility and prioritization.
- Derivation of personnel planning, including budget planning for qualification measures based on business planning and business strategy.
- Partnering with division leaders to understand business objectives and align them into effective HR strategies, such as workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Ensuring HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and communicated within the business units.
- Using and analyzing data as reference to improve HR processes and employee experience within the business unit.
Talent and Performance Management
- Monitoring performance management aligned with the team's goals and objectives.
- Working closely with recruitment team by developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, as well as managing performance, development, and succession planning for employees.
Leadership Culture
- Addressing employee relations issues within the division/s, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and promoting a strong company culture.
- Supporting change management initiatives such as but not limited to organizational restructures, or other significant changes impacting the tech teams.

Job Skills & Qualifications
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including experience managing a team of HRBPs or HR professionals.
- Strong HR Generalist Background: Solid understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence business strategy across multiple divisions.
- Excellent ability in understanding complex organizations and topics so as to implement projects independently and according to the situation, with a focus on Human Resources.
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry - prior experience working within the industry or with consumer sales industry is highly desirable
- Ability to use data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
