POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Movements Accountable for the E2E execution for all EC and MyHR+ triggered activities related to movements both OM and PA. Data Maintenance - Creating, maintaining, delimiting and governing organizational structure data objects. This will be per business requirement or to proactively maintain data health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple workforce movements transactions/activities in scope

Responsible for the following areas:

MinAu

Responsible for providing backend HR services to businessoperations.

Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation

Project Rest Day: Rotation

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

Job Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard HR Service Delivery Profile (Data Mgmt)

At least 6 months of relevant experience
