Primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts and meticulously handling the creation, recording, and secure maintenance of all new employee records.

  • General Administrative Support
  • Benefits and Payroll Assistance
  • Employee Relations Support

IV. HR POLICY AND COMPLIANCE ADHERENCE

  • Policy Communication
  • Compliance Documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree in AB/BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Sociology, or equivalent.
  • With at least 6 mos. to 1 yr related experience.
  • Open to fresh graduates who have experienced in Recruitment during internship.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
