Job Description

Key Responsibilties:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientation

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

Benefits & Payroll Support

  • Assist in benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
  • Coordinate with payroll for accurate processing of employee data

Employee Relations

  • Support HR initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Address basic employee concerns and escalate issues as needed

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in audits and ensure HR practices comply with regulations
  • Generate reports for management as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
