Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in Management or Industrial Engineering, Psychology, and other related sciences
• Preferably with working knowledge in systems and development processes involving training, organization, compensation, etc.
• Computer literate in MS Office
• With good interpersonal relating skills
• Good in oral and written skills
