This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation across various HR facets and enjoys both office-based and occasional fieldwork responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle compensation and benefits administration
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and trainings
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Background and experience in different facets of Human Resources (e.g., benefits, employee engagement, recruitment, employee relations, training etc.)
- Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle (occasional fieldwork may be required)
- With a valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
